Brass

Can I gift Claude credits or usage bundles?

Short answer: not as a gift product. Anthropic’s pages on usage credits and usage bundles describe buying more usage for an account that already has Pro or Max. They do not describe emailing that balance to another person.

What credits and bundles actually are

After a paid plan’s session and weekly limits are used up, subscribers can buy extra usage billed at standard API rates, with a $2,000 daily redemption limit on the credits article. Bundles discount that prepaid usage: $50 of usage for $45, $250 for $200, and $1,000 for $700. Credits generally do not expire; Anthropic names Japan as an exception with a six-month window on credits bought from September 10, 2026.

None of that is a gift card. The buyer and the spender are the same account.

What to do if you wanted to gift Claude usage

Brass sells prepaid packs of $10 to $250 you can gift by email or as a card you print. Credits never expire. The recipient spends them across Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek. US only, 18 and over; an unclaimed gift returns to you after 90 days.
