Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. Brass is operated by Adore LLC, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901. Contact: hello@adorellc.pro.
Some state laws, among them Washington’s My Health My Data Act, count what a person writes about their health, and an inference about it, as consumer health data. This policy says what Brass handles, why, what it keeps, who processes it and what you can ask for. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
What we handle, and why
What you write in the chat, including anything about your health, goes to the model you chose and to an automated safety check, so that the model can answer and the check can read it. Brass does not store it: your conversation history stays in your browser. The check reads every chat message before any answer is shown, together with the last three messages you wrote before it and any earlier message or answer the chat cannot show was checked, such as a stopped answer. It may find that a message is about suicide or hurting yourself. We use that finding for two things: to show the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the conversation, and to give no answer, and charge nothing, for a message asking for ways to hurt yourself, or, when the finding comes after words of the answer have shown, to end the answer there and charge nothing. The check reads the names and note on a gift the same way before the gift is sent: a finding shows the buyer the line, before the payment page or with the gift link, and a note asking for ways to hurt yourself is not sent. The Acceptable Use Policy describes this.
What we keep
Nothing with your account that shows a message was about suicide or self-harm. Such a message never counts toward a pause or a block. If the check stops two of your messages within an hour (a message it flags, or a message about suicide or self-harm that gets no answer), the chat holds your next messages until the check has read them; that count stays in the chat’s memory for the hour and is never stored. When a message gets no answer after a model began reading it, we add what the model charged to that day’s total for the model, counted only as a Stop or not, with no account and no time of day attached. Of the crisis line itself, we keep only a count of how many times a day the chat showed it, with no account or message attached. Your conversation history stays in your browser.
Who processes it
Your messages go through our routing supplier to the maker of the model you chose, or to a US company that hosts it, and to the maker of the model that runs the check or, when that model will not, cannot or does not quickly read a message, to a US company that hosts a second check model (Together, BaseTen or Parasail). Model makers may keep messages for up to 30 days to check for abuse under their own policies, as the Privacy Policy says. We ask all of them not to use messages for training. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
What you can ask for
Email hello@adorellc.pro to ask what consumer health data we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, or to ask who it was shared with. We hold none with your account, and we will say so within 45 days. If we turn a request down, you can ask us to reconsider, and we will answer within 45 days; you can also contact the Washington Attorney General.
Changes
We will post changes here and email account holders about material ones.
