Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This policy is part of the Brass Terms of Service.
Brass passes your messages to AI models made by other companies. Their usage policies apply to you as well as this one.
You may not use Brass to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Create or seek sexual content involving minors, in any form.
- Harass, threaten or exploit people, or create content that promotes violence against them.
- Create malware, attack systems, or get unauthorized access to accounts or data.
- Deceive people in ways that cause harm, including fraud, impersonation and scams.
- Resell access to Brass or to the models, or run automated scripts against the Brass chat.
- Get around Brass limits, rate limits or safety systems, or open extra accounts to do so.
- Use a payment card that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use.
- Use Brass from outside the United States, or help someone in a sanctioned country or a region the model makers do not serve to reach the models.
What happens if you do
We may block a message, pause a chat for 24 hours, or pause or close an account. If we pause or close an account for fraud or a serious breach, what is left of every pack it holds goes back to the cards that paid for them, as the Terms describe, and we will report crimes when the law requires it.
Reporting
Report abuse or a security problem to hello@adorellc.pro.
How we enforce this
An automated safety check reads every message before any answer is shown, together with the last three messages you wrote before it, and the names and note on a gift before it is sent. A flagged message gets no answer, costs nothing and is left out of what the chat sends with your later messages; a gift whose name or note it flags is not sent; either flag counts toward the limits below. After the check stops two of your messages within an hour, the chat sends your next messages to a model only once the check has read them, which can take a few seconds; it keeps that count in memory for the hour and never stores it. If the check cannot answer within a few seconds, or about ten when it reads a message a second time, the message is answered, and a flag that comes after the answer has started does not count; repeated outages, repeated flags that came too late, or ten answers that end before their first word in 24 hours, for any reason the Stop limit in the Terms names (counted in memory, as the Stop limit is) list the account for our review. Three flagged messages in 24 hours pause your chat for 24 hours; five close it while we review the account, which we decide within 2 business days. Only our own check counts toward these. Model makers run their own filters too: when one of them blocks a message we record it, and repeated blocks can lead us to review the account. Write to hello@adorellc.pro if you think a flag was a mistake.
If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm
When the safety check finds that a message is about suicide or hurting yourself, the chat shows this in the conversation, above any answer: “If you are thinking about suicide or hurting yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, at any hour. If you are in danger now, call 911.” The chat shows no word of any answer until the check has read the message, so a message the check finds asking for ways to hurt yourself gets no answer and costs nothing; any other message is answered as usual. A message the chat refuses, because your balance, the first week’s daily limit, the hour’s or the day’s message limit or the limit on Stops is reached, your chat is paused or closed, the chat or that model is switched off, or a debt or a cash-out is waiting, is read too, up to 20 a day, so the line shows with the refusal. The names and note on a gift are read the same way: when the check finds them about suicide or hurting yourself, the buyer sees the line before the payment page or with the gift link, and a note asking for ways to hurt yourself is not sent. If the check cannot answer within a few seconds, or about ten when it reads a message a second time, the message is answered; if the check then finds it asking for ways to hurt yourself after words have shown, the answer ends there, costs nothing and the line shows. These messages never count toward a pause or a block (a message about suicide or self-harm that gets no answer does count toward the hour’s wait above, which is kept only in memory), and nothing that shows a message was about suicide or self-harm is kept with your account. We keep only a count of how many times a day the chat showed the crisis line, with no account or message attached.
